Description |

ADI offers a wide variety of Low Dropout Linear Regulators. ADI anyCAP™ regulators are stable with any good quality capacitor down to 0.47 µF. ADI regulators offer high accuracy in small SOT-23 packages and include features like thermal overload protection, safety current limits, and shutdown mode to drastically reduce current consumption. ADI offers fixed and adjustable output voltages, up to 1.5 A of output current, and dropout voltages down to 80 mV. To help you select the best LDO for your application, ADI offers a parametric search of our regulators.
