Description
ADI has a wide range of the industries most accurate microprocessor supervisors and reset generators. As processor core voltages decrease, the accuracy required to reliably monitor them increases.
From the simple three pin Reset Generators in tiny SC-70 packages, to the more sophisticated Watchdog & Battery Backup Supervisors and multi voltage supervisor and sequencers, there's a part to suit most applications.


In this example, a 1V supply produces a voltage that varies between 0.97V and 1.03V. The core voltage acceptable is 1V ±5%, which is 0.95V to 1.05V. This results in a range of just 2% for UV monitoring. The high 0.8% accuracy of the ADM13305 along with the ±0.1% accurate resistors in the voltage divider at SENSE2 combine to allow accurate monitoring of the undervoltage level within this 2% range.
