霍尔效应传感器
Analog Device, Inc.（简称ADI）提供AD22151最新的霍尔效应传感器。该传感器将集成大量霍尔元件技术和进行信号调理的仪表电路整合在一起，从而使与硅霍尔元件特性相关的温度漂移降到最小。这种结构的霍尔效应传感器不但实现了单片集成的最大优点，同时以最少数量的外围元器件提供充足的多功能性以满足各种应用的需求。
