ADM1070和ADM1073是适合-48V系统的并联调整、低端FET驱动器。ADM1170-3和ADM4210适合低电压热插拔应用的高端FET驱动器。ADI公司的热插拔器件提供精确的浪涌电流控制、防瞬时和非瞬时过电流事件以及防电压故障功能。
