ADA4937是基于ADI公司专利的锗化硅(SiGe)互补双极工艺制作的, 这种工艺使得输入电压噪声仅为2.2 nV/√Hz,并且失真低。ADA4937直流偏置低、动态性能卓越,非常适合数据采集以及信号处理应用。
ADA4937采用无铅、3 mm × 3 mm 16引脚LFCSP 封装 (ADA4937-1,单路) ,及无铅4 mm × 4 mm 24引脚LFCSP 封装(ADA4937-2, 双路)。其引脚的优化有利于印制电路板布线并降低失真。 ADA4937-1工作在扩展的工业温度范围:-40°C~+105°C,ADA4937-2工作温度范围是:-40°C~+85°C; 都采用3.3 V~5 V单电源供电。
